Pimigravida a commonly-used medical term means pregnant for the first time but elderly primigravida has become dated.

Hey…If over 35 is elderly, then what does that make me if I am over 40?
That is why the term isn’t used anymore “elderly” seems to be synonymous with senior citizen these days. And that really depends on the state you live in. You’re just a chick
