“I was just wasting time online yesterday and stumbled across this awesome fan video.”
Liar. Your mum posted it on her facebook wall and tagged you in it.
“How did you know? I mean- WHAT!”
I have all your passwords and know everything. Muwhahaha!
This is the final chapter to a year of seasonal videos. All of the footage was shot in Colorado during the week my sister, got married. Our whole group of amazing friends flew out for the festivities…along with Dan Riordan, who helped film the entire week….so special thanks to him for filming throughout his vacation…without him donating his skills, this never would have happened.
Don’t believe HT when she says it made me tear up. Ants don’t cry.
“But mutant ants can.”
Soon, okay today, HT & I are traveling back to New England. It is only fitting that I chose this video for today. A boy and his robot travel far and wide searching for more light. A girl and her mutant ant boss travel to Florida and back searching… well hmm… I’m stumped.
“A girl and her ant travel far and wide searching for a new caretaker for the mutant diva.”
Whatever, we’re going to miss our flight if I even deign to respond to your obnoxiousness.
“You just did.”
Edit: HT tricked me when we scheduled this post before vacation and told me we were coming home on Wednesday but instead we got back on Tuesday… see last post for some details and pictures!
We’re in Florida! Ha ha. But don’t be sad watch this video. It will make you smile even while you are jealous as HT & I are on a ferris wheel, eating fried dough, and terrorizing my home state.
It has been some time since the last video of the week, four months actually, but when I saw this one I made HT post it. I love it, it reminds me of someone…
“You’re the bossy King & I’m the hardworking Beaver.”
No, that’s not it. I don’t think anyone could call you hardworking!
If I had to choose a song the first one that comes to mind is-
“I’m yours by Jason Mraz.”
Human, you know that came out in 2008!?
“Right that was my theme song for Summer 2009. It had such a light hearted beat with lyrics that were like coconut covered marshmallows. All fresh and gooey.”
Are you hungry? Do we have coconut covered marshmallows? Stop distracting me, HT. Now that summer is truly, truly, truly, gone (at least if you live in New England) I can’t help but think of songs that define this past summer. I suppose One Day by Matisyahu would be my coconut covered marshmallows, expect it would be one of those scrumptious coconut desert drinks and then I’d toast some marshmallows.
“eL, you know that came out in 2009!?”
Whatever. What about you humanoids that are reading this with bleary eyes as you wish you had something better to do? What is your summer theme song?
