Pimigravida a commonly-used medical term means pregnant for the first time but elderly primigravida has become dated. "Which part has become dated?  Because it is elderly?" Leave the jokes to me Human.  They considered a woman over 35 as elderly.  Tick-tock, HT.  Ha-ha-ha!
